Orlando is the one holiday that lots of us save up for to enjoy once ' just once. There is the belief that because of the price it may be the only time we get to go there.
Whether that turns out to be true or not, it is easy to see why Orlando in Florida is so popular. It has lots of destinations on the map that will appeal to a lot of us. Indeed even if you have a two week holiday to look forward to you will probably find you cannot possibly fit everything in that you want to do.
There are some mouth watering venues to try as well that will appeal to people of all ages. Disney World is one of the most popular of the lot, with four theme parks and two water parks for you and the family to enjoy. As you can tell, you could spend a whole week here and not go anywhere else.
There are plenty of other delights to see. Take the Kennedy Space Centre for example. You will need a certain amount of luck and a good travel plan to see an actual launch, but even if you miss one you will still have a lot to see.
You can experience a simulated shuttle launch with the whole family and see how many real life astronauts you remember from the Astronaut Hall of Fame. The Rocket Garden will be quite unlike any other garden you have seen before and the kids can get to grips with the Children's Play Dome as well.
You can see that it isn't just the number of attractions you have to look forward to when you book a trip to Orlando ' it's the scale of them as well. Take the Universal Studios experience. Once again this isn't just a single theme park. There are two of them ' and you've got the Wet 'n' Wild water park as well.
There is no chance of getting up one morning and wondering what you can do for the day. There is so much to choose from and so many places to visit that a holiday in Orlando really is the trip of a lifetime.
